Ultra-low temperature boilers Vitola 200

The biferral composite heating surface of the Vitola 200 has become a benchmark for high quality and reliability. The Vitola 200 combines convenience and economy at a reasonable price, and is a milestone in the history of heating technology. The Vitola 200 is compact in its dimensions. Balanced flue operation is now an option when the boiler is used in conjunction with a Vitoflame 200 (up to 33 kW). Many boilers tend to be used all year round at a constant temperature. This results in huge losses, especially during the summer months when less energy is required. The Vitola 200 is different: its cast iron and steel biferral composite heating surface enables it to modulate the boiler water temperature to suit the outside temperature. When no heat is required, it shuts down completely, thus greatly reducing your heating bills. Emissions fall substantially below the limits required for the «Blue Angel» certificate of environmental excellence and the Swiss Clean Air Act when the Vitola 200 is used with the Vitoflame 200 oil burner. Optimum combustion chamber geometry and thorough flame burnout are the reason for these low emissions.

Cast iron low temperature oil fired boiler Vitorond 100

Vitorond 100 is an advanced cast iron three-pass boiler at an attractive price. The optimised thermal insulation of the Vitorond 100, together with the Vitotronic control unit fitted on top, further reduce the installation time. The sectional cast iron Eutectoplex heating surface represents high operational reliability. By offering even heat distribution, stress fractures are practically a thing of the past. The wide water galleries prevent sediment and boiling noises no longer cause a nuisance. The JetFlow system specifically guides the cool heating return through the whole boiler. This prevents cold zones and condensate being created at the back of the boiler. In critical areas, too, the boiler water temperature remains above the dew point. Resilient gaskets permanently seal the individual sections on the hot gas side. Also, the horizontal layout of the hot gas flues permits thorough and easy cleaning of the boiler.

Cast iron low temperature boiler with integral DHW cylinder Vitorond 200

The Vitorond 111 is a compact, fully fitted combination comprising an oil fired cast iron low temperature boiler Vitorond 100 plus an integral DHW cylinder with either 130 or 160 litre capacity (subject to boiler output). The three-pass boiler with Eutectoplex cast iron heating surfaces promises high operational reliability and a long service live. The JetFlow system deliberately guides the cool heating return through the whole boiler. This prevents cold zones and condensate being created at the back of the boiler. In critical areas, too, the boiler water temperature remains above the dew point. The Vitorond requires no more than 0.6 mІ installation area, and its height including control unit is kept below a modest 1.60 m. Using the Vitoflame oil burner, Vitorond 111 can also be used for balanced flue operation. This also allows an installation without the air vents that are otherwise required. This prevents unnecessary heat loss. Together with the new method of removing the flue gases upwards, this opens new installation options in your home. The new handling aid and delivery in assemblies makes an easy installation possible, even under difficult conditions.
